George W Bush

These rule changes do not require the approval of Congress and will be difficult for the next administration to overturn. L Bush administration has approved a rule that will make it easier to top the extraction of coal, allowing companies to dump rock and dirt from mining operations in nearby streams and valleys. L coal mining rule was approved this week by the White House Office of Management and Budget. The rule, approved by the Environmental Protection Agency, is one of many midnight regulations President George W Bush is seeking before he leaves the office.
